Between the old and new canal lies the large Helmond-Noord district with some 5,000 homes. It is a neighbourhood with many active residents and many amenities, including schools with urban and regional functions.

A quiet neighbourhood centrally located in Helmond with some 3,700 homes. Most of the homes consist of affordable single-family houses and flats without lift.

The Inner City and the Centre together form the heart of Helmond. The character of this oldest district of Helmond is still clearly recognisable. There are beautiful housing complexes and affordable rental homes for starters.

Rijpelberg is a village in itself. The district consists of some 3,500 homes. It is a diverse neighbourhood in the middle of greenery where you can enjoy nature. Like the Bakelse Bossen and recreation area Berkendonk.

Originally, Brouwhuis was a small church village in the outlying area. In 1968, it was added to the municipality of Helmond. With its 3,800 homes, Brouwhuis is one of Helmond's smallest neighbourhoods. There is therefore a cosy village atmosphere.
