Our achievements

To what extent we succeed in this, we are assessed in various ways by independent organisations. We use the results and points for improvement from the assessments to further improve our services.

Visiting committee

On average once every four years, an independent review committee assesses our social performance on four perspectives. In 2020, the review was conducted over the period 2015 to 2019. Below is the final grade for each section.

Aedes Benchmark

Every year, Aedes, the sector association of housing associations, carries out a benchmark. This is a measuring instrument to see how you are doing as a corporation, also compared to your fellow corporations. In the benchmark, we are assessed on five performance fields: Tenant opinion, Operating costs, Maintenance & Improvement, Sustainability and Availability & Affordability. The scores are A (better performance than the benchmark), B (performing according to the benchmark) and C (worse performance than the benchmark).
