We want to work together as partners. Together with residents, municipality, social organisations and other partners, we work on a pleasant home on the basis of shared responsibility. As a partner, we contribute specifically to the quality of living in Helmond. We do so with a sufficient and diverse supply of affordable and suitable homes in varied neighbourhoods with sufficient circulation. Together with our partners, we work on sustainability and encourage our tenants to participate.

We ourselves are a lean, decisive organisation with passionate staff that puts the tenant first and establishes sustainable partnerships with partners. We use digital tools to serve our tenants even better and make cooperation with partners more efficient.
