Playing rules of dispute resolution
1. The fact that a buyer indicates, where applicable, that he disagrees with our price offer does not mean that he may subsequently sell to a third party. Woonpartners continues to make full use of its right of first refusal to buy back.

2. The dispute can only concern the amount of the stated market value or the amount of the value of the quality improvements described in article 5, paragraph b2. Not at issue is the contractually agreed value assessment and/or the definition of the quality improvements whose value development is entirely the buyer's.

3. The costs of preparing an appraisal that led to the price offer made shall be borne by Woonpartners. The costs of the second (counter) appraisal will be for your account. Costs of a possible third appraiser will be shared by you and Woonpartners.

How does the dispute settlement work?
After you have notified us in writing that you do not accept our price offer, you must submit a counter-proposal to us within 14 days. This proposal should be accompanied by a copy of a validated valuation report prepared by a certified appraiser. Emphasise to your appraiser the provisions contained in Article 5, Chapter 1 of the Slimmer Kopen® provisions in your purchase agreement. Have your appraiser also specifically state in the appraisal report that they acted in accordance with these provisions. Should your chosen appraiser have any questions, he or she can always contact the real estate agent of Woonpartners; Huysveldt Makelaardij in Helmond.

After we have received your (counter-)appraisal, we will consider whether this is sufficient reason to change our price offer. If we remain of the opinion that our old price offer is reasonable, we will initiate the final step of the dispute settlement in consultation with you.

The appraisers appointed by you and Woonpartners are requested to jointly appoint a third, certified appraiser. We will share the costs of this third appraiser. The valuation as prepared by these 3 experts is binding. For Woonpartners but therefore also for you!
