1. Report to us if you are not satisfied

By filling in the "I am not satisfied" form, you tell us.

2. We will process your report

We will always let you know within 2 working days what to expect from Woonpartners.

3. Ruling

Based on your information and that of the employee involved, Woonpartners will decide which solution we offer. You will receive a substantive response with the solution offered within 10 working days. If we need more time to deal with the report, we will always let you know.

4. Still not satisfied with the solution offered?

You can then object. You do this by indicating in writing what you object to. You will then state why you disagree with Woonpartners' response. You can also communicate this by filling in the form "I am not satisfied".Your report will then be discussed again and you will receive a written response within 10 working days.

5. Don't agree with the outcome?

Then your report that you are not satisfied becomes a dispute. You can submit this dispute to the Independent Regional Disputes Committee for assessment. More information on this can be found HERE.
