Woonpartners is a foundation led by a managing director (the Board). Since 1 July 2019, this has been Mr Bas Sievers. A Supervisory Board consisting of five members oversees the Board and how we make and implement policy. They do this independently. The common goal is to provide the most concrete and transparent insight possible into the (social) functioning and performance of Stichting Woonpartners and to spend our resources solely in the interest of public housing. The Board and the Supervisory Board are guided by jointly made agreements that are laid down in our Articles of Association, the Supervisory Board Regulations and the Board Regulations, but also in a Vision on Supervision and Governance.
