For the use of your property, you pay rent every month. The easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit. You then authorise Woonpartners to deduct the rent from your account. You can indicate on which date you want the rent payment to be made. You can choose between the 25th (you pay the rent in advance) or the 1st of the month (you pay the rent in the current month). So make sure there is enough money in your account on those dates.

You can easily pay your rent via ''My Woonpartners''. Go to your outstanding invoice and click on the iDEAL button. The e-mail is the successor to the paper payment slip. You will receive an e-mail with a payment request between the 20th and 24th of the month. As everything is already filled in for you, this allows you to pay the rent safely and quickly using iDEAL. Once approved, you can see in your e-mail whether the payment has been successful.
