Housing fraud is when the tenant:

• not living in the property himself
• renting the property to someone else, for example through airbnb
• sub-lets the property
• rent out a room without permission
• uses the residence for (business) activities, such as hemp growing or prostitution.

Woonpartners will investigate the housing fraud itself. If it really is housing fraud, we go to court. We then ask to terminate the lease with the fraudster. The tenant then loses his home.
