Water damage can be caused by a leak in the pipes. If so, turn off the main tap immediately to prevent more damage. Report this to us immediately. Water damage to your own belongings and self-installed changes should be reported to your own home insurance company.

Report damage from a burglary or destruction of the building directly to Woonpartners at (0492) 508 888. And report it to the police immediately. An official report will be drawn up. When doing so, report that it concerns rented accommodation from Woonpartners. Send us a copy of the official report. We can then repair the damage to your home. Storm damage to buildings is the responsibility of Woonpartners. Storm damage to your own belongings falls under your responsibility. As a tenant, you have a duty to do everything you can to prevent damage. For example, make sure you close windows and doors when storms are expected. This not only prevents damage, but also prevents you from being held liable for the damage due to negligence.
