When do you report nuisance to Woonpartners?
- The nuisance occurs for prolonged periods and several local residents are seriously disturbed in their living enjoyment
- A conversation with your neighbours and Neighbourhood Mediation has been unsuccessful .
- The nuisance originates from the rented property (the house and/or garden).
- There has been housing fraud or pollution.
It is important that you report the nuisance in writing.
Nuisance, assault, vandalism or threats?
Always call the police on 0900-8844 and in emergencies 112. Also report offences such as hemp nurseries, drug dealing or prostitution to the police. Report this to us as well. You can also call Report Crime Anonymously on 0800-7000.
Nuisance in public places
Report this to the Municipality of Helmond by calling 14 0492. Examples include: illegal dumping of waste, loose paving stones or lampposts that are not working.
