If you get divorced, you and your ex-partner have equal rights to the house you rent from Woonpartners. Always try to make good arrangements yourself first as to who can continue to live in the house. If that fails, you can go to court. The judge will then decide who will be allocated the house.

As soon as it has been decided who will stay in the house, you can fill in the departing tenant form. This form should be signed by both of you. The departing tenant will then come to the office with identification and the completed form. This way we can be sure that the right tenant is leaving the property. We will then update this in our system. You will receive confirmation of this unilateral rental termination from us. The tenant leaving the property is not responsible from then on.
