How does it work?
1. Register or log in to Wooniezie
If you are looking for a property, you can register on Wooniezie.nl. Registration is free and can be done from the age of 18. If you are already registered, you can log in. Make sure your details are correct. Every year Wooniezie will ask you via email to renew your registration. Do you want to live in a certain place or neighbourhood? Then you can create a search profile. With this search profile, you will receive notifications of available houses that suit you. Did you know that Wooniezie also has an app? You can download it here.
.2. Respond
Are you going to respond? Then start collecting your information in good time What information and documents we require from you can be read here.
3. Offer property
If you log in you will see under ''My Comments'' which place you are in. If you have a chance to win the property, you will receive an e-mail to let you know if you are interested. Please note: do you not respond or respond too late? Then we will move on to the next candidate. You will be invited to view the property and let us know whether or not you would like to rent the property. You already have your details that we need to check for allocation.
4. Accept property
Would you like to rent the property? Then it is important that your details are complete. If you are missing papers or have not completed them completely, we will move on to the next candidate. You will not be allocated the property until we have checked and approved all your papers. We may still ask for additional information if necessary.
5. Rental contract and keys
Do you get the property? Then we will make an appointment with you to sign the rental contract. Before you receive the keys, Woonpartners will have checked that everything is in order in your home. You will then receive the keys. When you sign the tenancy agreement, your registration will end and you will automatically be deregistered as a house seeker from Wooniezie. You can of course register again.
