We subscribe to and apply the Housing Corporation Governance Code 2020. This gives direction to the way our Board and Supervisory Board (SB) function. In doing so, the principles and provisions of the code permeate the entire organisation. In addition, the Governance Code addresses the way in which we account for our results.

Besides working effectively, efficiently and transparently, we also value working and acting with integrity. Integrity has everything to do with standards and values and with respect and consideration for the interests of our customers, stakeholders and suppliers. Our Integrity Code (including the appendices Conflict of Interest and Whistleblower Policy) sets out our guidelines for what is and is not allowed, both inside and outside our organisation. These guidelines apply to all employees, the managing director, the Supervisory Board and to anyone acting on behalf of Woonpartners.
