Only your family, as in (grand)children, (grand)parents, brothers and sisters are allowed to live with you without permission from Woonpartners. However, the resident must register at the correct address in the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP) of the Municipality of Helmond. You can read more information here. A resident has no right to the house. If the main tenant leaves, the resident also leaves. Please note that moving in can affect your rent allowance.
Naturally, the situation must not lead to nuisance for local residents or to too many residents occupying the property. If this is the case, we may ask you to terminate the inhabitant.
