Buy smarter

If you have bought a property with Slimmer Kopen® provisions in the past, you have received a discount on the purchase price and therefore lower mortgage costs.

If you want to sell the property, the discount will be settled with us again. Then we will start a joint process, following the following steps:

1

1. Offering property

You offer your property for sale to Woonpartners in writing using this form. With this form, you will also immediately commission a valuation.

2

2. Valuation assignment

After receiving your repurchase request, Woonpartners will provide the valuation assignment to an independent valuer.

3

3. Valuation appointment

The valuer will make an appointment with you. You provide a statement to the appraiser of any alterations and improvements made to the property after you bought it. These renovations and improvements do not count towards the rebate settlement. These are therefore necessary for a correct calculation.

4

4. Repurchase offer

After Woonpartners receives the appraisal report, we will send you the repurchase offer including the repurchase calculation based on the Slimmer Kopen® provisions. In some cases we offer you the opportunity to resell the house yourself and to pay us for the discount. We then mention this in the repurchase offer. If we do not offer the opportunity, this is also not up for discussion.

5. Agreement/waiver of repurchase/Dispute settlement

- Agree? Then we will instruct Huysveldt Makelaardij to draw up the repurchase agreement. After signing, this will go to Visser Van den Broek Netwerk Notarissen for settlement. In this case we will bear the appraisal costs.
- Disagree? Then we will charge you the appraisal costs of € 550 (incl. VAT). You will of course receive the full valuation report from us. If you decide to sell the property at a later date, we will restart the procedure. Although Woonpartners bases its price offer on a (validated) market value drawn up by an independent and recognised appraiser, it is possible that you do not agree with our price offer. You may make use of the dispute settlement

in accordance with article 6 of the Slimmer Kopen® provisions of the purchase agreement.

6. Final recording

Just before the notarial transfer, Huysveldt Makelaardij conducts a final inspection of your home with you. You will walk through the property together and the inspector will check whether the property is in order and delivered as agreed. That is, in any case, clean and vacated, without any rental and/or lease agreements of, for example, the central heating system. The meter readings are also noted. After the final inspection, we will not enter the property: please ensure that mail is forwarded from this point onwards.

7. Notarial transfer

After the final inspection, you will go to the notary. This is where the transfer of ownership takes place. Woonpartners will not be present during this. An employee of the notary's office is authorised to sign the deed of transfer on behalf of Woonpartners.
