What documents do I need?

Send the following documents with the application form:

  • Prove that housekeeping is required and for how long
  • For long stays abroad: copy of employment contract, internship/study agreement or proof that you have arranged long-term leave with your employer
  • When on long care/nursing leave: copy of medical necessity certificate
  • Stay in prison: copy of statement showing imprisonment
  • Living together: extract from the Basic Registration of Persons (BRP) of your partner, showing that you are not married
  • Excerpt from BRP with address history of the municipality where the caretaker is registered (not older than 6 months)
  • A completed rental notice with signature. The rental notice stops when you return to the house within the agreed time. Once you have returned, you must report to Woonpartners in person. Only then will the rent termination stop. If you are not back in time, the caretaker will have to leave the house. Woonpartners will then rent the house to someone else. You will then leave the house clean and empty before or on the end date.
