We will obtain the following documents from you and all persons moving with you. This is not necessary from children living with you.
- Income declaration 2022 from the tax office. Even if you have (had) no income or if there is no known income. You download the document via the Tax Office using your DigiD code.
- 3 latest pay slips or benefit statements.
- Tenant declaration(s) from last 3 years (not older than three months).
- Are you not registered in Helmond? Then we need an address history of your housing history. This should not be older than 6 months. You can request this from your municipality.
- Are you under guardianship? Then we need a statement of approval from your administrator.
