Complaints

If you are of the opinion that Woonpartners does not (properly) comply with this statement or that we do not implement the Act (AVG) correctly, you can submit a complaint about this to us. The complaint is subject to our complaints procedure, which can be found on our website (www.woonpartners.nl).

We will communicate our response to the complaint and our proposal for its handling to you in writing. In addition, you may submit a complaint to the Netherlands Personnel Data Authority (PO Box 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague) with a request to mediate or advise in the dispute with us.
