Duty to report

Unintentionally and despite all security measures taken, data may still fall into the hands of an unauthorised third party (e.g. due to a hack or other form of data leakage). If this leads to serious adverse consequences for the protection of personal data, we report this to the authority in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Authority. If a data leak also has adverse consequences for your privacy, we will also report this to you.
