Processing of personal data and purposes

We process various personal data, such as:

  1. Name, first names, initials, titles, gender, date of birth, address, postcode, place of residence, telephone number and similar data required for communication, as well as the bank account number of the tenant or landlord
  2. The data mentioned in the previous point of the former tenant, co-tenants or co-occupants
  3. An administration number, if it contains no information other than that referred to in the first point
  4. Data necessary for the execution of the rental agreement
  5. Data necessary for the maintenance and repair of the leased immovable and movable property
  6. Data for calculating and recording income and expenditure, making payments and collecting receivables
  7. Other data than those listed above if they have to be processed under another law

We process data in the interests of the performance of our services in a broad sense, including (inter alia):

  1. The execution of the rental agreement
  2. Calculating and recording income and expenses and making payments
  3. Collection of receivables, including when we have this done by an external party
  4. Maintaining and repairing the movable and immovable property to be rented and leased
  5. Settling disputes and having audits carried out
  6. Activities of internal management, such as analysing various data
  7. The implementation or application of any other law

When you visit us, we may use clearly visible video cameras. We do this to protect our office, employees and property. We delete the footage taken no later than two weeks after the footage was taken, or after dealing with any incidents found.
