Security measures and confidentiality

The level of security in the processing of information, given the state of the art, is always sufficient to prevent unauthorised access to, modification, disclosure or loss of personal data. As part of this, we conclude written agreements with suppliers who process personal data on behalf of Woonpartners. In those agreements we impose appropriate obligations on those suppliers to ensure the security of personal data.

All our employees have a duty of confidentiality. This means that they handle the data you entrust to us with care. Only authorised personnel are allowed to process your data. In addition, we use various technical and organisational measures. These include the use of encryption and privacy training for our employees.
