This is the case, for example, when Woonpartners uses the data you have provided to us to approach you personally in order to sell or rent you something.

How to claim your rights
You can send your request to us by letter or by e-mail. Please indicate that you are claiming any of the above rights. You are not obliged to state why you are making this request. On the website, you can download and fill in the form "Intake Form AVG Rights". You can send this to us.

Identification/Legitimation
For the request, you must identify yourself. You can do this by coming to our office in person so that we can identify you, or by attaching a protected copy of your identification to your request.

Copy of identification
Woonpartners considers it important that you provide us with your copy of your identification in the appropriate protected manner. We consider this important to prevent abuse or fraud. Please note that if you send us a copy that is not properly protected, we cannot accept it.

How to screen your copy:

  1. Write large on the copy that it is a copy, for whom the copy is intended and the date.
  2. Stop your Citizen Service Number.
  3. The Citizen Service Number is also in the strip at the bottom. Cross it out there too.

What processing time
We will respond to your request within one month. For complex requests, Woonpartners may use a period of two months. If the request is refused, we will inform you within the same period. We must comply with your requests, unless this proves impossible or costs a disproportionate effort or if you (or the data subject on whose behalf you make the request) request access unreasonably often.
