In 2023, Woonpartners started preparations for the maintenance work on 49 houses at Adelaarplein and Fazantstraat. The building and homes will be renovated and made more sustainable on both the inside and outside.
In the meantime, we have started the preparation process and the schedule (subject to change) is to start the inside renovation in early 2024.
