Service costs

General electricity refers to the power consumption of the lift, for example. But it also concerns the general installations of your residential building, such as the electricity for the automatic doors and/or mechanical installations.

We organise lighting fires in consultation with installers. We also take into account laws and regulations regarding lighting and safety. In some cases, lighting is deliberately left on, because starting lamps sometimes requires more energy than burning all day. We always strive for a good balance between, for example, lighting for safety and 24-hour necessity. Here, we look not only at technology, but also at liveability and creating a pleasant and safe living environment.

Keys / locks / hand transmitters

Did you run out of spare keys and can't get into your home? We do not have spare keys to our homes. You are free to decide who you hire to open your door. The cost of this will be yours.

You can have a key made at a key specialist in your area. If this does not work, please contact Woonpartners on telephone number (0492) 508800. You cannot then have an extra key made yourself. In this case, you can request a key form from Woonpartners at the office. With this key form you can have a key made at the company mentioned on the form. The costs for this will be yours.
