Below are answers to frequently asked questions related to keys/locks and handheld transmitters.

Did you run out of spare keys and can't get into your home? We do not have spare keys to our homes. You are free to decide who you hire to open your door. The cost of this will be yours.

You can have a key made at a key specialist in your area. If this does not work, please contact Woonpartners on telephone number (0492) 508800. You cannot then have an extra key made yourself. In this case, you can request a key form from Woonpartners at the office. With this key form you can have a key made at the company mentioned on the form. The costs for this will be yours.

If you hold a service subscription with Woonpartners, call us on (0492) 508888. If your key has broken off in the lock and you do not have a service subscription, contact a locksmith. The costs are yours in this case.
Is it the key to the general entrance door? If so, call us on (0492) 508888 or make a repair request on my.woonpartners.nl

Report a malfunction of the sliding door or electric door closer via a repair request. Call us on (0492) 508888 or create a repair request on my.woonpartners.nl

If you have lost your letterbox key but still have a key in your possession, you can have it recreated at a key specialist.
Do you no longer have spare keys and cannot get into your letterbox? We do not have spare keys for your letterbox. You are free to decide who you hire to open your letterbox.
The cost for this will be yours.

If your handheld transmitter no longer works, you must first replace the battery of the handheld transmitter yourself
If you have replaced the battery and the problem with the handheld transmitter is still not solved, please contact Woonpartners on (0492) 508800. If the hand transmitter no longer works or you have lost the hand transmitter, it must be replaced. The costs for this are €50.00. This amount must be paid at the Woonpartners office upon collection of the new handheld transmitter.
Are you a buyer of an apartment in an association complex? If so, you should contact the CoE directly.

- You can request an extra drop at the Woonpartners office. The cost of this is €10.00 per drop. When issued, we will ask for proof of identity from the house contractor.
- Did you lose a drop? Then you can have it replaced at the Woonpartners office. The cost of this is €10.00 per drop. When you visit Woonpartners, please bring any droplets you still have with you so that Woonpartners can block the lost droplet. When issued, we will ask for proof of identity from the housing contractor.

Have you lost a parking pass or is it broken? If so, you can have it replaced at the Woonpartners office. The cost of this is €5.00 per pass. When issued, we will ask for proof of identity from the contractor of the property.
